I have been active and training for 8 years in the Marine Corps but seem to go through hills and valleys. I love working out but I hate doing abs. What can I do to get abs without the 1000000 crunches and hours of Cardio
-Don, Having visible and defined abdominal muscles comes down to 2 things only.
1) Diet
2) Body Fat
You have to eat consistently healthy and cut out all the bullshit. Of course you can cheat 10-20% of the time, but the other 80% better be PERFECT. You’ll also never see your abs until your in a single digit body fat percentage range. All of these ab routines and ab equipment schemes are complete bullshit. If these things actually worked, people would be running around with six packs all over the place because that’s what most people spend their time doing.
Heavy squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, pull-ups, and high intensity interval-cardio training will develop your abs 10 times better than any crunch. Interval training is never longer than 25-30 minutes max, so you don’t ever have to worry about doing long cardio sessions again! Happy New Year my friend!
