Hey B, I did the Total Body TRX Circut today – awesome. Thanks for the video. I love my TRX, I usually take that with me when I travel. Have a good one.
Great job Jen! How did you feel doing the circuit. You can always make it more challenging by decreasing the rest periods. I’ve always been a big fan of the TRX and great to hear that you back when you travel. Keep it up
I felt really good, I need to pick up the pace but I was just getting use to the flow of the circuit. I thought I might add the TRX workout to cardio days maybe once or twice just for some extra “fun.” Because on those days I’m usually there for an hour since my step son has to train for an hour. I can’t just sit around and do nothing at the gym
Other days I’m still working the primer routine.
Hey Jenn, The TRX-circuit could definitely be used as an interval/cardio routine as well. It’s a non-stop circuit of 4 movements, so it’s going to elevate your heart rate in a cardiovascular way. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing!
I got a TRX set for Christmas, however I can never find time to brush up on my skills at my local gym. I remember a few exercises for each body part, though I’m always hesitant about my form and such. Would it be smart to take a class at my YMCA before I try on my own? So I can prevent injuries from occurring?
Thanks!
